The tutorial is a story quest that introduces many features of Shop Titans to the Shopkeeper.
Owen the Elder[]
After confirming the shopkeeper's appearance and name the shopkeeper is introduced to Elder Owen, the towns elder. He takes the shopkeeper to an abandoned building, which will soon become the shopkeeper's shop. The shop is dirty and there are cobwebs all over the furniture. Owen instructs the shopkeeper to dust off the counter, thus unlocking the Shopkeeper's Counter. Owen then instructs the shopkeeper to dust off a rack, thus unlocking Item Racks. Wallace then enters the shop.
Wallace the Blacksmith[]
After introducing himself Wallace will gift the shopkeeper a Squire Sword, thus unlocking it. Wallace with then instruct the shopkeeper to craft the sword. Elder Owen then takes his leave and Wallace instructs the shop keeper to dust of the Iron Bin thus unlocking it. Durhan then enters the shop.
Durhan the Minner[]
After introducing himself he will gift the shopkeeper a Breastplate, thus unlocking it. Wallace with then instruct the shopkeeper to craft the armor. Once crafted the armor enters storage instead of the rack. Wallace then instructs the shopkeeper to place a Mannequin. The armor is then fitted to the mannequin.
First Customer[]
After placing the mannequin a Customer will enter the store and is interested in the sword that is sitting on the rack in the corner. Wallace instructs the shopkeeper to talk to the customer and sell the sword netting the shopkeeper 50 Gold and some experience.
Level 2 & Julia the Tailor[]
The shopkeeper is then given free reign until reaching level 2. Reaching level 2 unlocks Julia, Julia then enters the Shop. Wallace instructs the shopkeeper to talk to her. She introduces her self and gifts the shopkeeper her services, thus unlocking Leather Gloves, Shirt and Leather Boots. Wallace then takes his leave and Julia instructs the shopkeeper to place a Leather Bin. She then instructs the shopkeeper to craft a shirt. She then instructs the shopkeeper to unlock a second Crafting Slot. The shopkeeper is again given free reign and until 4 shirts have been crafted.
Researching[]
Crafting 4 shirts unlocks the Black Robe. However, the robe must first be researched with Research Scrolls. Julia instructs the shopkeeper to do so, thus allowing for the robe to be crafted. However, the robes also require Dungeon Components to be crafted.
Argon, Knight-in-training & Heros[]
Argon arrives outside of the shop. Julia instructs the shopkeeper to talk to him. Argon informs the shopkeeper that in order to acquire dungeon components he will need a teammate and takes the shopkeeper to the Training Hall were a Hero can be hired. Argon recommends a Thief, but a Soldier or a Mage will do.
Quests, Chests, Keys & Gems[]
Argon then takes the shopkeeper to the City where a quest can be initiated. Wallace suggests questing for Elven Wood in the Howling Woods. During the quest Argon finds a Wooden Chest and 10 Gems. Argon informs the shopkeeper that chests require a Magic Key to be opened. He suggests that gems could be used to open the chest. The chest opens and in it lays 2 Stamina Drinks, 1 Seed of Vitality, 1 Legendary squire sword and a rare blueprint, the Canopy Cap, thus unlocking it. Argon informs the shopkeeper that Dungeon Bosses may have keys on them. He then hands over 4 Wooden Keys that he has found while training.
Equipping Heroes & Resting[]
Wallace takes you back to the training hall and instructs the shopkeeper to equip the legendary sword on the hero. He notices that Argon is tired from questing and instructs the shopkeeper to give him a stamina drink, thus restoring him to quest ready status.
Full Reign[]
Back at the shop Julia instructs the shopkeeper to craft the robe with the elven wood that was found while questing. Julia leaves the shopkeeper with a To-Do list and the shopkeeper gains full control of the shop.
