The market is a place to buy, sell, or request items from other players around the world. The items in the market can be bought for either gold or gems.
When creating an item to sell, a player can set the quantity you are selling (up to 50 at a time) and the price for each item. Before placing an item on the market, it is recommended to do a precursory search to see how others are pricing their items.
Each item will display a base value in gold. The selling price can be changed to any value up to 10x the base in gold. For example, a golden artifact has a base value of 20,000g. They can sell for up to 200,000g. If anything higher than that is entered, the price will automatically (and without warning) drop the price to 200,000g.
There is a 10% tax charged on all gold sales. So the Golden Artifact that sells for 200,000g, will only earn a net amount of 180,000g.
For Gem sales the tax is 20%, so the Golden Chunk sold at 10 gems would only net 8 gems.
