Story

Chapter 1 - The King's Shadow

• Argon: " ...And that's when I slashed the Troublin with my sword! Pow!"
  
• Elder Owen: " Ho ho! Quite the tale, Argon! Ah, the fire of youth...I must say, it's very nice of you to accompany this old man on his morning walk."
  
• Argon: " Don't mention it! If I am to become a knight someday, I must help people in need!"
  
• Elder Owen: " Just like your father, eh? I'm sure you'll make a fine knight, my boy. Why perhaps you could even work as the King's royal guard! Speak of the devil, there he is at the market! Why not go ask him?"
  
• Argon: " YOUR MAGESTY! I've come to offer you my services as a knight!"
  
• Reinhold: " W-what's the meaning of this!? Sia, please handle this commoner!"
  
• Sia: " Of course, my King. Well, young man? What is it?"
  
• Argon: " Wow! I, uh...I'm knight! I want to become an Argon! No, wait a minute..."
  
• Sia: " You certainly have guts! If you're so determined, come see me in the castle's courtyard next week. Train hard until then! I would not tolerate a slacker among the King's knights..."
  

Chapter 2 - Training Montage

• Lilu: "Argon, what are you doing out here?"
  
• Argon: "Training hard! I've finally got my chance at becoming a knight for the King!"
  
• Lilu: "The King? ... Or his mysterious advisor, Sia?"
  
• Argon: "Is that her name? It's beautiful, too!"
  
• Lilu: "..."
  
• Argon: "Gah! No! Only the King matters! I must become a knight! Nothing else matters!"
  
• Lilu: "Right... Here, let me heal your wounds."
  
• Argon: "Thanks - ouch! This spell stings!"
  

Chapter 3 - Two Sides of a Coin

• Argon: "Alright! Sia will show up any moment now! My training has paid off, I'm ready! ...But I'm still way too nervous... Oh! Hi there! You, in the bushes!"
  
• Yami: "...!"
  
• Argon: "Are you here to become a knight too? Sia will be here soon! There's no need to hide, she's pretty nice!"
  
• Yami: "Sia...! I need to leave. Farewell."
  
• Argon: "W-wait! Woah! Smoke bomb!? What a strange girl..."
  
• Sia: "Young man, who are you talking to?"
  
• Argon: "Ah, Sia! Just a shy passerby! Pay it no mind!"
  
• Sia: " ...I see. Well then, it seems your resolve has not wavered. Are you ready to risk your life as one of the King's knights?"
  
• Argon: "You bet! I-I mean, of course! I will make my father proud!"
  
• Sia: "Good. For your first assignment, I have an important event coming up..."
  

Chapter 4 - Empty-Handed

• Argon: "..."
• Sia: "Surely you jest! You've cornered the assassin... and failed to stop her. Not only that, you're saying you LET HER GO because you think she's a good person!?"
• Argon: "..."
• Sia: "What nonsense is this? You DO realize that this assassin tried to kill our King - very man you have sworn to protect? Such an incident endangers much more than your feeble mind can understand. Ugh... I suppose the king has the final say about the termination of his knights … But don't expect me to speak highly of you. Dismissed"
• Argon: "...Oh man... Sorry, dad"

Side Story - The Tower of Titans

• Elder Owen: "The Tower of Titans, eh?"
• Lilu: "Please tell us all about it!
• Argon: "I herd some Heroes whisper about it, but no one has ever seen it..."
• Elder Owen: "Indeed, The Tower of Titans is a mythical place. Nobody really knows if it truly exists. Stories say it appears out of thin air, challenging the mightiest Heroes to climb its many floors... Before suddenly disappearing, wiping clan the memories of anyone who may have seen it."
• Argon: "W-wiping memories!?"
• Lilu: "That's strange... where would the legend come from, then?"
• Argon: "Right! some people would need to remember!"
• Elder Owen: "It is said that those who overcome the titan's challenges are deemed worthy by the Tower. These Heroes return... changed from the experience, and retain their memories. More accurately, a part of them remains in the Tower, and a part of the Tower remains with them... That will be all for today's story time. Thank you for listening to this old man's tales.
• Lilu: "Wow! I wonder if it truly exists?"
• Argon: "Yeah! I'd love to explore a dungeon like that!"
• Lilu: "But one thing seems strange... How does Elder Owen know all this?"
• Argon: "...!"

Chapter 5 - Knight Errant

• Argon: "Sigh..."
• Brohm: "If it isn't Argon! How are you doing today?"
• Argon: "Oh, hi Brohm...Any jobs for me?
• Brohm: "Nothing today, sir Knight! What's got you down?"
• Argon: "I'm just Argon now. I've... lost my title
• Brohm: "Oh, that stings..."Whatever happens, you need to stay positive! You'll pull through!" I'm sure you're luck will turn soon enough!"
• Argon: "Right... Thanks, Brohm. I'll be... hanging around the Town Square until then. Sight..."

Side Story - Are we the Titans?

• Lilu: "Good morning... Argon."
• Argon: "Yawn... Mornin'."
• Lilu: "...You're feeling it too, aren't you?
• Argon: "Yeah, I'm beat! I feel like I've been questing all night!"
• Lilu: "Look, your shield is all chipped, too!"
• Argon: "Huh? You're right! I could've sworn it was sparkling clean yesterday..."
• Lilu: "Argon... Do you think...?
• Polonia: "Ahoy! Are any of ye fine landlubbers on the market for some juggernaut greaves?"
• Lilu: "No... especially not twenty of them! Where did you get all that!?"
• Polonia: "Hah! Funny ye ask. I have no clue. I think I might be lootin' in me sleep. Must be me pirate soul actin' up, arr."
• Lilu: "That weird pirate lady too... Did we all challenge the Tower and had our memories wiped...?"
• Argon: "That means we weren't strong enough... I'll train hard for next time! Just you see!"

Chapter 6 - Second Light

• Sia: "And so, that... "Knight", had your assassin at his mercy... Yet decided to let her go, believing her to be a good person!"
• Reinhold: "A fascinating tale! This new knight appears to be a promising fellow!"
• Sia: "With all due respect, my King... This man failed to stop your assassin, on account of a mere gut feeling."
• Reinhold: "The hallmark of a Paladin, wouldn't you think?"
• Sia: "Excuse me?"
• Reinhold: "To have your Nemesis at your mercy, yet seeing beyond mere strife and conflict... Then letting them go, so certain of their redemption that you are willing to put your title on the line. A tremendous act of bravery and benevolence!"
• Sia: "I... must admit I did not consider this perspective, my King. But the kingdom has not seen an aspiring Paladin in decades... Shall I summon the knight council to debate the matter?"
• Reinhold: "Nonsense! I shall handle the formalities myself."
• Sia: "As you wish, my King. I shall prepare an escort immediately."
• Reinhold: "There is no need. I shall be as discreet as a mouse!"
